Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Technical Director on behalf of one of our clients.
To lead the engineering team and drive the technical strategy and execution of product and delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering scalable engineering solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Define and communicate the company’s engineering vision, architecture and strategy.
2. Ensure alignment with product and business goals.
3. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads across multiple projects.
4. Oversee all stages of engineering projects, from concept and design to implementation and support, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Encourage innovation and stay ahead of technology trends.
6. Guide R&D efforts to explore new tools, frameworks and processes.
