TH Recruit are working closely with a highly reputable Design Studio and Architectural Practice based in Warwickshire.
They are looking for a mid-senior weight designer to join their team.
The role is ‘Lead Designer’ for one of their brands, supporting the design manager assisting with drawings, design guidance, checking of drawings.
For this role, they are looking for a mid-senior level interior designer who has circa 6 years + within this field & has the below skillset.

o Producing drawings & ability to self-check, ensuring 100% correct
• Integrity
o Exceptional attention to detail & ability to check the design teams drawings thoroughly, ensuring 100% correct
• Initiative
o Someone who has confidence to find solutions to share with their design manager for site specific or individual tasks
• Adaptability
o Working on several projects at one time & being able to prioritise to meet deadlines
• Teamwork
o Encouraging & contributing with the design team to ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent communication skills
o Communicating with the design manager, directors to ensure projects & drawing woks are running smoothly.
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
o Personally & contribute skills within the team
Software & Other Skills;
• Proficiency in Autocad
• Experience in Vectorworks would be favoured, but not critical
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, in collating presentation documents such as Design guides.
• Knowledge of other programmes such as Photoshop & Acrobat
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask & strong time management skills
• To work efficiently within a team on brand roll out programmes
• Ability to analyse and problem-solve, adapting existing concepts into different non-standard sites
• Attention to detail and consistency in drawing work, to produce high quality drawings
• Production of feasibilities, full working drawings & detailing
• To work well as part of a team and independently, after receiving a brief from the Senior Design Team
• To thrive in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines with a great attitude.
