Comsim is seeking a Sales and Lead Generation Consultant to join our team. This is a remote role, a 60-hour-per-month contract, with the opportunity to become a long-term partnership.
As a freelance Sales and Lead Generation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and lead gen efforts.
Comsim are a UK based eCommerce consultancy providing services for direct-to-consumer channels. We focus on manufacturers, who want to interact directly with their consumers and aspire to B Corp status. Job responsibilities:
* Market research: Conduct thorough research to identify target markets and potential clients.
* Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels (social media, email campaigns, networking, etc.).
* Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce services and schedule meetings.
* Sales pipeline management: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads through the sales process.
* Client engagement: Engage with leads to understand their needs and how your services can meet those requirements.
* Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
* Relationship building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and referrals.
* Performance reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
* Collaboration with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
* Feedback loop: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Job Requirements
* Have 5+ years of experience in Sales and Lead Generation role
* Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and results-driven.
* A comprehensive understanding of the current retail and manufacturing sector is a must.
* Having an already established network in the retail and manufacturing sector is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Candidates must possess their own personal computer/laptop and access to a reliable and fast internet connection.
