The role:
This person will be responsible for initiating and delivering procurement and financial data and reporting. They will own the use of data to support SJP’s focus on cost control and maximizing value from SJP’s supplier base. They will be innovative in using financial and supplier data to support decision-making and have a continuous improvement approach, including expanding datasets and enhancing reporting.
What you'll be doing:
* Use data from Group Expense Management systems (including ERP, Concur, CMS) to create, own, and maintain reporting and dashboards on SJP’s costs and supplier base.
* Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure relevant, insightful reporting.
* Investigate data quality issues to understand root causes and implement remedial actions.
* Contribute to maintaining cost control and supplier performance through data analysis.
* Collaborate with the wider data team in the CFO Directorate and CDO.
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate is passionate about data accuracy, integrity, and the value of high-quality data. Skilled in using data and reporting tools such as ERP systems, Power BI, and SQL, with excellent interpersonal skills. Curious, enthusiastic, and innovative in leveraging data to benefit SJP. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Experience with Power BI, SQL, and ERP data.
* Passionate about data quality and value.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Effective communicator.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
