Role responsibilities
To manage the development and delivery of brand marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth, customer acquisition and behaviour change. The role also oversees the operations and output of our in-house creative studio, translating brand marketing strategy into compelling creative execution. Ensuring all campaign activity and branded content is insight-led, aligned with brand principles, and delivers measurable impact, the role plays a key part in positioning the Transport for Wales and T Network as a trusted, integrated transport service for Wales.
1. Plan and deliver integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, out-of-home and broadcast channels to support modal shift, revenue growth and reputation outcomes.
2. Translate customer insight, segmentation and behavioural data into actionable propositions and clear creative briefs that guide campaign and content development.
3. Manage the in-house creative studio, workflow, prioritisation, and resource allocation from brief intake through to delivery.
4. Consistent application of brand strategy, tone of voice, visual identity, accessibility standards and Welsh language requirements across all outputs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including Campaigns, Media, Insight, Digital, Content and Commercial to ensure integrated planning and aligned messaging.
Who we’re looking for
6. Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH and broadcast channels
7. Understanding of campaign strategy, media planning, creative development and delivery
8. Experience managing an in-house creative team or similar resource, including workflow, briefing and feedback
9. Ability to interpret and apply customer insight, segmentation and behavioural data in a marketing context
10. Proficient with project/workflow management tools (. Jira, Trello, Asana)
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
