We are currently recruiting a MIS Administrator at Hertford Regional College to provide a full range of data and compliance duties. About the Role This role sits within the Data and Compliance team and is responsible for supporting the full range of data and compliance duties across the student lifecycle. It involves maintaining accurate learner records, processing enrolments and changes, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements across multiple funding streams (16-19, 19, Apprenticeships, HE, etc. ). The role plays a key part in reviewing and resolving data anomalies, handling daily service tickets, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal systems and processes. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the college and with external partners, the role supports timetabling, registers, and access to funding portals, ensuring data quality and service efficiency within the wider MIS, Exams, and Customer Services teams. About You You will have strong IT literacy alongside a high level of accuracy and numeracy, with the ability to handle data with attention to detail. Maths and English qualifications at a minimum of Level 2 are required, or a commitment to achieve these within an agreed timeframe. You'll bring experience from a data entry or compliance role, as well as experience in a customer-facing environment. Ideally, you'll also have previous experience using Management Information Systems (MIS) within further education, such as ProSolution, though this is not essential.
