The Role:
As Director of Strategic Projects, you’ll spearhead multi-year initiatives to elevate organizational capability, embed sustainable ways of working, and drive digital innovation. Reporting to the VP of Capability Development, you'll manage a small but mighty team, collaborate across departments, and lead programs that impact thousands across the region.
What You’ll Do:
* Design and deliver strategic transformation programs from the ground up
* Identify capability gaps and build future-ready solutions
* Champion change management and stakeholder engagement
* Lead innovation projects including AI integration and digital adoption
* Strengthen organizational effectiveness through practical, scalable frameworks
What You Bring:
* Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects
* Expertise in change leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
* Strong digital fluency and AI literacy
* A curious, collaborative, and proactive mindset
* Experience building internal capabilities and leading small teams
