* Great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join the team, responsible for a number of key UK retailers

The role:

* Key Account Manager, managing a mix of existing UK retail accounts
* Will have full accountability for your own customer base. Likely to be across grocery, discounters and high street
* Reports into UK Head of Sales & Managing Director and be part of a small close-knit team
* Chance to build-on long-lasting relationships and grow the business
* Strong commercial acumen, able to manage your own P&L and budgets
* Develop and execute all JBPs working closely with the rest of the team
* Strong communication, presentation skills and able to use your own initiative
* Ambitious, keen to learn and develop your career within a small business environment

Ideal candidate:

* Will need to have 1-3 years’ experience in UK retail account management ideally across grocery, discounters or high street
* Will need to have operated in FMCG, Consumer Goods or a similar industry
* You may currently be operating in a National Account Support, Account Executive or Key Account role for example
* Be personable, likeable and ambitious
* Have strong commercial acumen, able to use excel and power point where necessary
* Chance to work for a global business with a small UK operation that can offer stability and chance for career growth
* Role will be a mix of office and home-working. Buckinghamshire head office location

Benefits & details:

* Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* Bonus Up to 20%, company car & wider benefits
* Hybrid role – 2 days in Buckinghamshire head office plus regular travel
