Role Purpose
A role with purpose: Join a child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people, supporting pupils and students from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
Responsibilities
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
* Support children and young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD through tailored lessons.
* Work with schools and local authorities to deliver core subject tutoring (Maths, English, or Science).
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
* Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
* Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
* UK right to work; UK based (even for remote/online roles).
Salary & Location
Blaydon‑on‑Tyne, Tyne & Wear – £28 to £35 per hour (Contract).
