This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative, high-profile projects across Warwickshire. Role: Commercial Projects Solicitor Location: Warwickshire – hybrid Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Umbrella Rate: £45-£50ph PAYE Inc. Hol. Rate: £39.72 - £44.06ph What you’ll be doing: Advising on a wide range of commercial, contractual and procurement matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and agreements. Supporting major projects and collaborations with public and private sector partners. About you: Have 3 years of PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement law ideally within the public sector. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. Commitment to public service values and making a positive impact in Warwickshire. Benefits: Hybrid working – office attendance would be once per week on a Monday. The rest can be done remotely. Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
