What we are looking for:
1. Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work alongside the Fourth system, and establish performance and development goals for the team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
2. Educate and train all team members in compliance with governmental regulations. Ensure that staff are properly trained in quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment to carry out their job duties.
3. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
4. Manage local food and beverage marketing programmes for the hotel. Participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programmes and promotions.
5. Monitor local competitor and industry trends
6. You are a true people’s person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service
7. You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality.
8. You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment.
9. You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages, and licencing regulation.
10. You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team.
11. Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential.
