As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of technicians and leaders, using your expertise and cutting-edge technology to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Your Role
In this dynamic, multi-skilled position, you’ll be an essential member of our highly skilled maintenance team at our state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime through safe working practices.
* Conducting preventive maintenance checks and ensuring timely completion of scheduled tasks.
* Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
* Carrying out weekend and shutdown work, delivering projects as needed.
* Embracing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
* Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with CNC Machining Centres, conveyor systems, and high-volume production maintenance.
* A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
