If so, Travis Perkins is currently seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join our Customer Relations team.
We support hybrid working; after training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. The role is full-time, requiring 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our Head Office is based in Duton, Northampton.
What you’ll do:
* Liaise with customers and branches via phone, email, and social media, providing outstanding service.
* Respond to comments on social media and support customers with online orders.
* Address queries and complaints promptly, with guidance from a supportive Customer Relations Team leader.

* You possess excellent communication skills, can work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
