We’re seeking an Operations Training Manager to join our Mersey Division and help us build a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across our operational teams.
Your role
As our Operations Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering a strategic training plan across our Liverpool operations. * Experience designing and delivering training in high-risk or logistics environments
* Proven leadership of a training function or team
* Strong knowledge of plant and equipment operations
* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A solid understanding of compliance and safety standards
* A Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH) is advantageous
