Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong proficiency in Java (mandatory)
* Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
* Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
* Strong understanding of architecture patterns and styles
* Experience designing scalable, distributed systems
* Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
* Experience working with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
* Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
