About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and detail-drivenOperational Administratorto join our client in the manufacturing and distribution team. This is a key support role with a broad range of responsibilities that span customer service, order and procurement processing, logistics coordination, and product setup. You will be instrumental in ensuring efficient daily operations and smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Order Management
* Serve as a point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support via phone and email
* Accurately process customer orders, ensuring compliance with stock levels, pricing, and delivery schedules
* Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track order status and resolve any issues
Procurement & Inventory Support
1. Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies
2. Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery accuracy
3. Monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams to potential shortages or delays
