Proactive Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer recommendations.
Store Maintenance: Maintaining the store's cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation standards.
Sales and Alternatives: Assisting with sales and providing alternatives to the customers where we can.
Digital Skills: Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other team members.
Specific Tasks:
Answering customer questions about products and services.
Serving customers at tills, handling returns, and processing refunds.
Unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and arranging displays.
Pricing and rotating stock.
Assisting customers with using the Sparks app and in-store devices.
