A full UK driver's license and a car are required for this role.
Responsibilities
* As a Mobile Care Assistant, promote dignified and respectful care to ensure Happy 2 Help clients can lead fulfilling lives.
* As a Home Care Assistant, support people to achieve the things that matter to them, helping them live independently in their own homes.
* Deliver a service that clients genuinely appreciate; contribute to a flexible and varied daily routine.
* Support valued staff through opportunities for career development and rewards; participate in fully paid training to fulfil career ambitions.
Qualifications and requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car for this role.
* Experience as a carer is not required; the role supports career development.
* Compliance with safeguarding and regulated activity requirements; awareness of the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
CQC Rated overall - Good
