Job Description
3. Managing a high number of inbound calls
4. Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
5. Provide an excellent standard of customer service
6. Organise confirmations for medical appointments
7. Process payments
8. Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
9. Shift patterns will be 35 hours per week between 9am - 11pm with some weekends
