In this role you will be responsible for the reverse engineering of Merlin and Griffon engines used in Spitfires and Hurricanes for the RAF. You will use their bespoke CAD system NX for stripping surveys to examine what components need to be manufactured as well as stress testing and calculations on steel work. This company have been operating for over 4 decades and have been rapidly expanding, growing their design team from 2 to 16 in 2 years, and currently employ 50 staff.
