This role sits within a fast-paced finance function, supporting high-volume accounts payable processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all transactions.
1. Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy
2. Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
3. Preparing and executing payment runs
4. Reconciling supplier statements
5. Supporting month-end processes and reporting
6. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume accounts payable role, strong attention to detail, and good organisational skills. You should be comfortable working with financial systems and Excel, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop are essential.
