Job Description Constructs aircraft structure parts by laying-up resin infused carbon fiber in a sequence prior to processing in an autoclave as described on engineering drawings and company specifications. Summary of Duties: Handling of resin infused carbon fiber and fiber glass Part Marking of carbon fiber material with predetermined information from Process work order Prepping and Placing carbon fiber kits according to paper documentation and Smarteam Documents Recording material information and basic math to calculate material life Operating a hot drape forming oven Ability to follow safe shop practices Must have sense of urgency in work performed while still maintaining quality Ability to stand for duration of shift excluding breaks and lunches Complementary Description Safran Cabin headquarters are in Huntington Beach, California, with a global presence of over 10,000 employees at 39 sites.
