Responsibilities
* Support patients undergoing investigations
* Work alongside Consultant radiologists
* Assist with booking appointments
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a healthcare setting and/or a Level 2 Qualification in Healthcare is required. Personal skills, perhaps gained in a customer‑facing role, are equally important.
* Assist with administrative tasks, so a good level of IT literacy is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure.
* Demonstrated compassion and understanding.
* Be a team player.
* Basic IT skills.
Work Schedule
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
