The role
As an Associate, you'll operate as a senior figure within the Bristol team, bridging leadership and delivery. Responsibilities include:
Leading complex air quality projects across multiple sectors
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
Supporting client development and regional growth
Mentoring and developing junior consultants
Contributing to strategic planning within an employee-owned structure
About you
You'll bring:
12+ years' experience in air quality consultancy
Strong technical credibility across assessments and modelling
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
Confidence managing clients and influencing stakeholders
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
