Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day technical support to staff (hardware, software, and networking).
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Troubleshoot issues remotely and onsite.
* Assist with system updates, patches, backups, and security checks.
* Document support cases and create simple user guides.
Qualifications
* Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365.
* Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
* Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified are a plus.
