Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home Location: Nottingham, NG8 Salary: up to £58,500 (DOE) plus bonuses with OTE of £62,000 PLUS THIS ROLE ALLOWS 1 DAY WORKING FROM HOME A WEEK Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a real difference in young lives? My Client in the Nottingham area, y oull be leading a 3 bed EBD home in Nottingham, designed with the space and structure needed to give young people proper one-to-one support. The home will likely operate for maximum of 3 children giving you the time and capacity to focus on what really matters: relationships, reflection and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Register and lead the home in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards Build and develop a strong, motivated team who feel valued and supported Oversee care plans that focus on progress, education and emotional wellbeing Lead safeguarding practice, ensuring every decision keeps children safe and heard Maintain outstanding standards in daily practice, compliance and leadership Manage budgets and reporting confidently while keeping people at the heart of your work About You Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively working towards At least two years management experience in a childrens residential setting ideally at Deputy/Homes Manager/Registered Manager level A clear understanding of Ofsted expectations, the Quality Standards and Regulation 44/45 requirements The ability to inspire, develop and retain a skilled, compassionate team Calm confidence, resilience and genuine curiosity about what helps children recover and thrive Full UK Driving Licence Flexibility to take part in the on call rota What Youll Get in Return This provider believes great care starts with well-supported teams and it shows in how they look after their staff.
