Job Description:
Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team spans three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and UK. The UK facility focuses on chassis development and race operations, while Neuburg develops the Power Unit, and Hinwil handles chassis and race operations.
We are seeking a Support Specialist for the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at our Neuburg location. You will support the department management in developing and testing key ERS components, contributing to the performance and competitiveness of our power units on the racetrack.
Start Date: January 1, 2026
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
* Help in budget planning for ERS projects
* Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components
* Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
* Contribute to process and method optimization
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies
* Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
