The Opportunity:
Our Direct to consumer business is the cornerstone of our UK operation, a priority for growth and our mission to acquire new consumers to our ecosystem. We are now looking to take our sales performance and our D2C customer experience to the next level and are looking for a Senior D2C Manager to drive this mission end to end.
Responsibilities
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the UK Marketing Director and dotted line to the UK Sales Director, the UK&I DTC Lead will:
•Be accountable for the trading plan to deliver the D2C annual budget for sales growth and profit•Strategize and deliver initiatives, in partnership with global and local stakeholders, to improve key metrics including traffic (new and returning customers) conversion, AOV and CLTV.•Ensure a connected plan that links to and delivers the broader brand and commercial objectives.•End to end improvements to develop the value proposition: working with supply chain and marketing to drive best possible brand experience from point of discovery to delivery and re purchase.•Work closely with customer care to identify opportunities for customer experience improvements•Lead the UX roadmap to ensure optimal site performance & user experience•Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership with actionable insights
Qualifications

•This is a high profile role within our local team and our Global organization. We are here to change the way the world drinks, so this is a true transformation role and requires this mindset.•5+ years eCommerce / D2C experience (D2C experience a must)•Strong commercial acumen with ability to build and forecast annual plans to deliver to budgets for sales and profit.•Proficient with key DTC platforms e.g. Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Google Tags Manager•Demonstrable success in driving key metrics for ecommerce performance metrics (driving CLTV a big advantage), leading projects and initiatives to achieve this.•Ability to strategize and deliver on both organic and paid drivers for success.•Experience working in a matrix environments with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams)•Experience working with supply chain and operations teams to deliver best customer experience at point of delivery.•Solid communication skills with ability to communicate to and mobilize multiple stakeholders
