Join our dynamic and supportive team as a Compliance Officer, helping to ensure we meet all key regulatory requirements across our mental health and care-focused brands. You'll play a key role in onboarding, maintaining compliance records, and supporting audits across services including CAMHS, EFWS, and Young Care Hub.
📝 What you'll do:
* Support candidate onboarding (DBS, Right to Work, references, etc.)
* Keep staff compliance records up to date
* Assist with audits and regulatory checks (CQC, Ofsted, internal)
* Work closely with recruiters and compliance leads
* Deliver excellent service to new and existing candidates
