 
        
        We are currently recruiting for a Customer Delivery Manager to work for a prestigious client based in Willand Cullompton, EX15.
This is a permanent role, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding company.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Team Management:
- Lead and support a team of installers and warehouse staff to deliver great service to customers
- Ensure that efficiency levels within the teams are maintained at a high standard
- Hire the right people to build strong 2-person delivery teams
- Be responsible for appraisals, performance management and development plans of CDC Shift Managers, and training and development of the CDC team overall
- Deal with any team issues (e.g., absences or disciplinary matters) with support from the People team
Customer Service:
- Ensure the customer experience is excellent, working closely with brand partners to meet their standards
- Build strong relationships with partner retail teams to solve problems and improve performance
- Keep customer satisfaction high through strong team performance and great NPS results
- Be responsible for the management of delivery partners to ensure maximum efficiency and customer service requirements
Administration:
- Be accountable for auditable compliance on vehicle and trailer maintenance, truck downloads, driver time directives - a great knowledge of transport will be a huge asset
- Manage budgets and control costs as agreed within the company
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading teams in delivery, logistics, or operations
- Excellent customer service skills and people management skills
- Strong operational management, planning, and scheduling abilities
- Able to leverage data to review performance and inform decisions
- Experience managing a fleet of vehicles and a solid understanding of Transport Law would be a distinct advantage
- Budget management experience

- Monday-Friday
- 37.5 hours
Salary:
- £45,000 annual salary
