Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse & Production Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of our warehouse operations and support the planning and delivery of live events. The role combines hands-on warehouse management with production coordination responsibilities, offering a varied and rewarding position at the heart of our business.
You’ll manage equipment logistics, ensure the efficient flow of kit in and out of the warehouse, and play an active role in preparing, planning, and delivering some of London’s most prestigious private and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily warehouse operations including stock control, goods in/out, and logistics planning.
2. Manage equipment preparation, testing, packing, and return for each event, ensuring all items are maintained and event-ready.
3. Use asset management systems to track and record inventory accurately.
4. Liaise closely with Project Managers and Technicians to ensure all production requirements are fulfilled on time.
5. Support the Production team with planning documentation including kit lists, timelines, and delivery schedules.
6. Assist with event logistics, including vehicle loading, deliveries, and on-site set-up and de-rig when required.
