Regional Sales Manager – North UK
£65,000 plus benefits
We are working for a leading medical products company who are looking for a high‑performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s commercial success across the North of the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, drives sales with energy and innovation and builds strong NHS relationships while delivering consistently against ambitious targets. This is permanent hybrid role with regular visits to the Guildford HQ.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and drive sales performance across the North region, including territories managed by Sales Representatives, with full accountability for achieving regional revenue and growth targets.
2. Set clear KPIs for the region and for individual reps, ensuring performance is monitored, reviewed and optimised through structured reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
3. Support reps on the ground through joint visits, key customer meetings and hands-on coaching to boost performance where needed.
4. Develop and implement innovative sales methods to increase market penetration, improve customer engagement and accelerate adoption of company products.
