Mary Rose Academy consists of three separate sites, a requirement of this role will be to work across two sites, therefore, you must hold a full vehicle licence and have business insurance. The working sites will be: The Lantern, Penhale Road, Fratton, PO1 5EF, and The Compass, Gisors Road, PO4 8GT.
The role of Administrative Officer is vital in supporting the Senior Leadership and Administrative Team. You will be part of a small friendly and cohesive team providing excellent administrative support. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and a vibrant individual who enjoys working within an environment that is constantly busy.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT, have an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits
27.5 hours a week,
Term time only (40 weeks), plus one week
Working hours for this role are: Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 4pm, and Thursday 8.30am - 3.30pm.
