The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Support pupils in developing key skills in preparation for upper KS2
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with your year group and wider staff team
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What the School Is Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
A warm, structured, and nurturing teaching style
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
A reflective and team-oriented approach
Commitment to the full academic year (September 2026 - July 2027)
