What We Value
Care
Mortgage and protection advice directly impacts clients' homes, finances and long term security. We are therefore looking for someone who approaches each case with diligence, attention to detail and a genuine sense of responsibility. Protecting standards and client outcomes is central to this role.
Accountability
We value individuals who take ownership of their work.
If an item is outstanding, you ensure it is followed up. If something is unclear, you seek clarification. If an error occurs, you address it promptly and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
Proactivity and personal responsibility are essential.
Growth Mindset
Previous industry experience is not essential.
However, the ability to accept feedback, apply learning and develop professionally is critical.
We are looking for someone who is organised, resilient and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience
Experience in administration, banking, financial services or customer service is advantageous but not essential. The right attitude, professionalism and attention to detail are more important than prior industry experience.
