Job description:
Role: Mechanical Supervisor
Pay: up to£32.00 per hour
Location: HMP Winchester
Employment Type: Temporary, 6 months +
Typical Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 16:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 15:30 PM
As aMechanical SupervisoratHMP Winchester, you will play a crucial role in managing the maintenance team, supporting the prisons short-term and long-term goals. Working alongside the prison service, you will supervise and lead the team responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and secure.
Duties of a Mechanical Supervisor Include (but are not limited to):
* Conducting staff appraisals and providing performance feedback to Line Managers
* Ensuring effective management of the tool inventory and upholding security standards within the work area
