Overview
An exciting opportunity to work at University of Southampton’s Southampton Sport Team as a Sport Operations Assistant. The role is based at Wide Lane Sports Ground and involves ensuring the safe and efficient daily operation of the facilities, handling customer queries, preparing equipment, and upholding health and safety procedures while promoting active lifestyles at the University of Southampton.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth running of the facility on a day-to-day basis.
* Deal with customer queries and provide high-quality service to a diverse range of users.
* Prepare equipment and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
* Act as an ambassador for active lifestyles at the University of Southampton.
About You
We are seeking professional, motivated, and proactive individuals who are brilliant team players. Roles require strong customer service skills; you may be the first point of contact dealing with a diverse range of situations. You will be responsible for health and safety of all users and need to always act professionally.

Requirements
* Full-time or part-time roles considered; set-hour patterns available. Full-time is equivalent to 36 hours per week averaged over a number of weeks.
