Our client is looking for a driven, commercially minded, and polished Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience in the heart of central London
This is more than an operations role, it's about presence, standards, and mindset. Seeking someone proactive, composed under pressure, and passionate about service excellence.
Core duties:
• Build strong client relationships & manage onboarding/offboarding
• Lead and develop a team of circa 10 employees
• Oversee operations, suppliers & H&S compliance
• Conduct sales viewings and manage billing processes
