Business Support Officer - Minute Taker (Hybrid) needed in Walsall, £15.58ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1562299
* Transcribe meeting minutes accurately and promptly, ensuring clarity and completeness.
* Monitor the general email inbox and handle inquiries professionally.
* Meet deadlines, typically a 72-hour turnaround for minutes.
* Type and transfer minutes into official documents and record onto the Mosaic system used by Children’s Services.
* Ensure timely submission of minutes to the local authority, professionals, and parents/carers.
* Record minutes with factual, accurate, and critical information.
* Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and inquiries.
* Organise and manage documents, appointments, meetings, and events.
* Assist the Business Support team with various administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
