* Independently handle a range of Development Management (DM) cases, including minors and majors.
* Assess and process pre-application enquiries with minimal supervision.
* Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders.
* Contribute to the efficient operation of the planning service.
Job Requirements
* Significant experience in Development Management.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of planning legislation and policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff members.
