Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next opportunity within the financial services sector? We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the heart of Liverpool.
This is a fantastic chance to join a reputable financial services organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start available. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound calls from customers, resolving queries and providing information
Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
Accurately updating and maintaining records in our CRM system
Delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
What we’re looking for:
Proven customer service experience within the financial services sector
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
