An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury professional to join a dynamic organisation on a 6‑month temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can hit the ground running from day one.
About the RoleYou will play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the Treasury function, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a hands‑on role that also offers the chance to support and develop team members while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, payments processing, and bank reconciliations.
2. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and senior internal stakeholders.
3. Ensuring fullpliance with group treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
4. Coaching, developing, and managing members of the treasury team to support high performance.
5. Leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Accounting Operations, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and best practice.

6. Proven experience in a Treasury or similar financial operations role.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Confidentmunicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
