They will provide initial guidance and signposting on other non-academic related queries regarding, amongst other things, finance, well-being and employability. In addition to delivering an exceptional experience for our students, the post holder will also be a key member of the team that will deliver the full cycle of activities, including registration and enrolment, examinations, graduations, and maintenance of student records. - ABOUT YOU - - Evidence of good standard of literacy/numeracy as demonstrated by qualifications at GCSE grade C or higher, or by relevant work experience. - Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint in a work environment. - Demonstrate experience of working with a large corporate digital records database to input, update, check and interpret data with accuracy and attention to detail.
