This is an exciting opportunity to join a Trust whose culture and activity are driven by the core belief that every child should achievetheir potential.

Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust is seeking to appoint an administrator responsible for the administration of trips and visits at various schools. In addition, this role will involve supporting the Head of Operations with administrative duties related to data protection, estates management, lettings and various other general tasks

Location: Bridgwater College Academy
Salary: Band 4, points 5 to 6, starting at point 5. Actual starting salary: £19,360.32 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Part Time, 28 hours per week, all year round.


What You’ll Do

* Administration of trips and visits at various schools.
* Support the Head of Operations with administrative duties related to data protection, estates management, lettings and various other general tasks.
* Support the finance team with order processing and ensure all invoices are correctly processed.
* Support the Health and Safety Officer with Health and Safety matters.


What We’re Looking For

* Someone with excellent organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in an administrative role would be desirable
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* Someone who acts with initiative and professionalism
