We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead, motivate, and delegate to grounds maintenance operatives to assist in carrying out grounds maintenance works.
You will predominantly cover Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area, but will also be required to visit our Basingstoke office for training and meetings. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
As Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll deliver excellent customer and community services. You’ll plan and organise tools and equipment, follow standard routines, and handle ad hoc tasks such as installing washing lines, line marking, and graffiti removal.
You’ll be equipped with a company tablet and mobile phone for duties like vehicle inspections and site reporting. You’ll be accountable for the quality and efficiency of grounds maintenance work, meeting targets, and supporting your supervisor to ensure value-for-money service delivery.
Comprehensive training will be provided, including support for obtaining necessary licenses.
Requirements
You need a full UK driving license (held for at least 1 year) and a trailer license. Offers are subject to driving license checks and a DBS check.
