Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital
Salary: £22,932 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 per hour)
Hours: 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm alternate Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am - 5pm)
Contract: Permanent
Driving: Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years
