Job Duties: Duties will require skills and knowledge in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems, preventative maintenance techniques, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and janitorial along with previous management experience. Supervises work and maintains work progress, providing training and delegation of work to the M&O staff. Serves as backup to M & O Supervisor. Performs minor repairs associated with plumbing and fixtures. Maintains major equipment such as tractors, moving equipment, and trucks. Performs minor repairs to vans and other college vehicles. Serves as liaison between M & O staff and Supervisor. Orders supplies, keeps records of receiving, assists in maintaining equipment inventory. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and six years of related experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and six years of related experience, plus diploma in relevant vocational training.
