Job Role
* Build on existing client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities
* Resource and interview candidates for the Financial sector
* Write job descriptions and adverts
* Provide a professional recruitment service
* Run your desk to maximise its full potential
Person Specification
* Experienced recruiter, preferably with experience of the Finance Sector, but not essential
* Sales-oriented with the desire and hunger to succeed
* Able to communicate effectively at Senior level
* IT proficient with the ability to manage social media effectively
Qualifications
Educated to A-level standard
