Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Boilers and Heat Pumps

Area to be covered: South West (TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH)
Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 neg. + 20% bonus
Benefits: £500 Car allowance + comprehensive benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager Boilers and Heat pumps will involve:
* Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of gas & oil boilers and heat pumps
* Majority of your time will be spent selling into independent plumbers merchants such as: MKM, Plumbase, Williams, HPS, HBP and more
* The remaining smaller part of your time will be spent stimulating demand with installers and contractors
* Inheriting circa 50 independent merchants accounts looking to grow this year on year
* There will be a good split between account management and new business generation
* Working closely with NSM
* Tasked with developing an area that has fallen behind budget expectations
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Boilers and Heat Pumps with:
Plumbing and heating field sales and territory management experience
Ideally sold to plumbers merchants
May consider working for a plumbers merchants with field sales experience
May consider plumbing and heating field sales experience with contactors & installers
Specific boilers or heat pumps product knowledge is not essential as full product training will be provided
Ideally have contacts with independent plumbers merchants such as: Plumbase, Williams, MKM, HBP etc.
Good solid work ethic and get up and go
Trustworthy and self motivated
