About The Role
* Location: Victoria Park Dental Practice, Glasgow
* Position: Dental Hygienist
* Start date: Flexible – ASAP preferred
* Days: Mondays & Saturdays
You will play a key role in delivering preventive dental care and helping our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out comprehensive hygiene appointments tailored to each patient’s needs
* Provide clear patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
* Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to deliver personalised treatment plans
* Keep detailed and accurate patient records
* Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety standards
* Stay up to date with the latest developments in dental hygiene through ongoing CPD
What We’re Looking For
* Recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene
* Current GDC registration
* Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist (private and/or NHS)
* Strong knowledge of preventive dentistry and patient education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative team player with empathy and patience
* Proficiency in using intraoral scanners and dental practice management software (desirable)
* Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
